We are delighted that you and your child will be joining us at Alton Infant School. The link pages below are designed to give you all the information that you may need and to answer some of your questions. At Alton Infant School we appreciate that starting school is an important step for you and your child. Please be assured that we take every available opportunity to start building a partnership between you and us. We take the time to get to know you and your child before they start with us in September. We initially start with a parents’ induction evening in May. A personal invitation to the induction evening will be sent to you on acceptance of your child's school place at Alton Infant School. This is held early in the Summer term and is an opportunity for you to meet our staff and get to know all about the next steps that you and your child can take ready for September.
